WEATHER/REFUND
POLICY

The Midwest Lax Events Staff reserve the right to cancel, shorten, or reschedule tournament games due to inclement weather or player / spectator safety concerns.  No refunds will be given due to these circumstances.  All schedules will be updated on tourney machine and coaches will be notified.

No refunds will be given to high school players who have registered unless an injury will prevent them from participating in the event. In case of injury, we require a doctors note be provided to the tournament staff no later than 24 hours before the event.

Youth & High school teams are eligible for a 50% refund up to 30 days before the event. After that date no refunds will be given.
