This Faceoff Training Opportunity will Feature the following:

1:30 PM - 3:30 PM (Faceoff Specific)

• FOF warmup that couples fundamental faceoff skills with anticipation tactics, focus work, and competitive-based hand speed exercises. 

• Training will consist of a heavy focus on the fundamental efficiency of clamping the ball, refining technical aspects of the faceoff following our clamp, advanced moves/strategies at the X, counter moves, proper footwork/body positioning, and discussions on wing play.

• Drilling will be competition based and take place in small groups (sorted by age and ability).

• Live repetition in the form of pre-tournament signature seeding and a double-elimination competition. We will be filming the players during their live competition reps for immediate feedback.

3:30 PM - 4:30 PM (Wing Play Only)

• This portion of the event will focus on understanding and mastering the art of wing play and working as a 3 man unit. ​Dominant faceoff units are created through working in unison. Our goal of this segment, is to implement skills and tactics that you can bring back to your teams to own the mdidle of the field.

• Programming will include:

  • 3v3 Tactics, Tips, and Pointers to gain the upper hand.

  • Wing packages that are easy to implement and effective. 

  • Understanding of principals related to team ground ball play. 

  • 3v3 Draft and Tournament to determine the top FO Unit. 

• This is a First of its Kind Event. Our mission is to create a game changing expereince for our students that will immediately pay dividens to their faceoff units.

Cost Structure:

$130.00 per athlete (1:30 PM - 4:30 PM INCLUDES ALL)

$50.00 per athlete (3:30 PM - 4:30 PM WING PLAY ONLY)
